Lymphatic System: Why Is It Important for your immune system?

Your Lymphatic System is part of your immune system, and with Covid on the rise, it is important to learn as much as you can about your immune system. Knowledge is power. The more you know, the more you can protect yourself.

Why Is Your Lymphatic System so Important?

Your lymphatic system, made up of organs and tissues, removes toxins from your body. Your lymphatic system protects you from inflammation and infection.

Why Is It Important to Get Toxins Out Of Your Body?

Toxins make your bones weaker, and weak bones greatly increase your risk of a fracture. Toxins also damage your organs and speed up the aging process so that you age faster. On the other hand, taking care of yourself will make you age slower. Studies show that exercising 20 - 40 minutes a day strengthens your immune system and makes your cells younger.

What is a Toxin?

A toxin is a harmful substance that can invade your body. Don't give toxins a chance to invade your body. Instead, take care of your body by showing yourself some love. Spend time with people you care about, feed your body the healthiest foods, and exercise. Exercising can be fun: make sure to do something you like.

Thank you for taking the time to be with a very important person - YOU!
